Hi, I'm Aniket, a Senior Product Manager based out of Berlin. I can't code.
But I've been building products for years. First with WordPress, then Wix, and now with AI-powered tools, mainly Claude Code. All without writing a single line of code by hand. Here are a few of the recent products I built:
- Claude Spend - A real-time cost tracking dashboard for Claude Code users. Shows spend, token usage, and session history so you never get surprised by a bill. 500+ users · 4,000+ npm downloads
- Finance for PMs - A bite-sized financial literacy course designed specifically for product managers. Covers P&L, unit economics, and how to talk money with your CFO. 50+ users
- ShwetaFit - A personal fitness tracking app built for a single user (my sister). Custom workout plans, progress tracking, and zero bloat.
- aniketparihar.com - My portfolio site. Also built entirely with AI tools.
Along the way, I've posted on LinkedIn, shared on Reddit, joined communities. The problem? Posts die. Threads get buried. These platforms aren't built for real conversation.
I've also been to local meetups. They're great, but surface-level.
The real breakthroughs came from something different: 1:1 conversations.
I recently connected with a few builders individually. One of them had built a product that someone paid him for, and he can't code either. But I only learned the real details, the how, the mistakes, the stuff nobody posts publicly, because we talked 1:1.
I had a few more conversations with builders on LinkedIn over the past few months. Every single one gave me more actionable insight than months of scrolling feeds or sitting in group calls.
That's when it clicked: the most valuable knowledge in this space isn't in browsing posts. It's in direct, honest conversation between two people who are building.
That's why I built this.
